Robert B. Paddock

Robert B. Paddock became of member of Local 150 in 1979, running a fork lift.  Eventually becoming a certified and licensed crane operator, Bob operated cranes throughout the city of Chicago and the suburbs.   In 1987 Bob started working as a Business Agent for Local 150.  He also worked as a union organizer and Director of Organizing, negotiating contracts and working on grievance committees.  In 2005, Bob began working at the Local 150 training site as Assistant Coordinator and later became the Coordinator/Administrator.  Bob is now at III FFC, working in public relations and focusing on crane regulation and crane safety. He has been an Executive Board member of the Illinois AFL-CIO since 2002.  He is also an avid sports fan and father of three.
